Hiring: Executive Coordinator to the CEO


Gender: Female


Nationality: Arab (Lebanese preferred)


Experience: Minimum 5 years


Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English


Salary & Benefits: Flexible, based on experience and qualifications


Location: Kuwait




We are seeking a highly professional Executive Coordinator to the CEO to provide comprehensive executive-level support and ensure smooth daily operations.


Key Responsibilities:


Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and high-level meetings


Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials


Serve as the main point of contact with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and confidential communication


Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and detailed itineraries


Handle sensitive documents and information with strict confidentiality


Track, coordinate, and follow up on executive projects and key action items


Support planning and execution of corporate events and strategic engagements




Requirements & Qualifications:


Proven experience as an Executive Coordinator / Executive Assistant supporting senior executives




Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills


Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities


Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools


High level of discretion and professionalism
