Hiring IT Support Technician


We are hiring an experienced IT Support Technician to join our team.


Note: Only candidates currently in Qatar with a Valid QID will be considered.




Key Responsibilities:


- Provide support for software, hardware, network, and OS issues  


- Assist users in resolving technical problems  


- Escalate and track complex issues  


- Maintain accurate records in the ticketing system  


- Ensure adherence to SLAs and IT change schedules  


- Support IT project delivery and reporting  




Requirements:


- Proven experience in IT support  


- Strong knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting  


- Familiarity with SLAs and ticketing systems  


- Good communication and problem-solving skills
