Hiring Now - Civil Site Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Civil Engineer with a strong background in site construction to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to significant projects within the KOC (Kuwait Oil Company) and KNPC (Kuwait National Petroleum Company) sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.

Demonstrate deep knowledge and practical expertise in formwork, construction methodologies, and concrete pouring processes.

Expertise in steel cutting, bending and installation works.

Effectively manage a team of 50-60 workers fostering a safe and productive work environment.

Conduct regular site inspections, identify potential issues, and implement timely solutions.

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Proficient in reading project drawings, executing the work accordingly, and Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

7-8 years of strong, hands-on experience in site construction, specifically within the oil and gas sector (KOC/KNPC experience highly preferred).

Proven ability to manage large teams and complex construction operations.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.

Excellent communication skills in English are essential.

Fluency in Hindi and Arabic is a significant advantage.

Additional Requirements:

Ready to join immediately.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Kuwait.
