 Hiring: Procurement Buyer – Qatar (Gas Services Sector)


We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Buyer with 5+ years of experience to support our procurement operations. The ideal candidate will handle sourcing, negotiations, and supplier management to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement aligned with project needs.


Key Responsibilities


Manage full procurement cycle: RFQs, bid evaluations, PO issuance, and contracts.


Coordinate with project teams on material and service requirements.


Identify and qualify suppliers per company and project standards.


Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to optimize value.


Monitor supplier performance and resolve quality, delivery, and invoicing issues.


Maintain procurement records in ERP systems.


Support audits and ensure compliance with procurement policies.


Contribute to cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives.


Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.


3–5 years’ experience in procurement, preferably in project-based/industrial sectors.


Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.


ERP proficiency (SAP, Oracle, etc.).


Knowledge of contract law, international sourcing, and vendor management.


Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments.


Preferred


Experience in energy, infrastructure, or engineering projects.
