JOB VACANCY:

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

(FEMALE)

A company is seeking a c (Lady) to join our team.

• Position: Customer Support Representative

• Location: Lusail, Qatar

• Salary: QAR 5,500 (Full Package) + Commission

Requirements:

• Female applicant (any nationality with valid QID and NOC).

• Proficient in English and Arabic (spoken and written).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service / support role or

call center.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, and chat.

• Record and manage customer data using the company’s CRM system.

• Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
