1.⁠ ⁠Open Position: Junior Technical Support 

Location: Riyadh (On-site)

Deadline: Oct 30, 2025

Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Handle support tickets & technical inquiries

•⁠ ⁠Troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues

•⁠ ⁠Assist in system installation & configuration

•⁠ ⁠Support IT operations & user onboarding

•⁠ ⁠Escalate complex issues

•⁠ ⁠Maintain documentation


Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field

•⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge: Windows, macOS, Linux

•⁠ ⁠Networking basics: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP

•⁠ ⁠Communication & problem-solving skills

•⁠ ⁠Based in Riyadh

•⁠ ⁠Preferred: CCNA / Azure / AWS certifications
