We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our perfume company and lead innovative marketing and advertising strategies that enhance brand presence and drive business growth.


Experience in the perfume or beauty industry is required.

Key Responsibilities


 • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans.


 • Manage online and offline marketing campaigns from concept to completion.


 • Create and oversee paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube.


 • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for maximum results.


 • Supervise social media content and ensure creative, high-impact campaigns.


 • Prepare and control marketing budgets to achieve optimal ROI.


 • Collaborate with design and production teams to maintain consistent brand quality.


 • Monitor market trends and competitors, providing regular performance reports.

Requirements


 • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.


 • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and advertising, preferably in the perfume or beauty sector.


 • Strong knowledge of paid media management and digital analytics.


 • Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.


 • Excellent leadership, analytical, and creative skills.


 • Fluency in Arabic and English.
