Job Title:  Recruitment Officer  – IT and Oil & Gas Sector


Location: Qatar


Industry: IT Oil & Gas Staffing


We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer with a strong background in Upstream, Downstream, Midstream, EPC, and EPCI projects within the Oil & Gas sector. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for a wide range of technical roles.


Requirements:


Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in IT, Upstream, Downstream, Midstream, EPC/EPCI sectors.


Expertise in sourcing and placing technical candidates in Oil & Gas projects.


Strong communication and negotiation skills.


Proactive approach to recruitment and high attention to detail.
