About the Company




Oishii Sushi is one of Kuwait’s most trusted and fast-growing Food & Beverage brands, offering authentic Japanese cuisine and exceptional service. We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Keeper to join our central operations team and ensure proper inventory control across all outlets.




Key Responsibilities


• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.


• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of items in the store.


• Issue supplies to kitchen and outlet staff according to approved requisitions.


• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.


• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies to the management.


• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and storage standards.






• Prepare daily and weekly inventory and stock usage reports.


• Coordinate with the purchasing and accounting teams for material reconciliation.


• Maintain a clean and organized storage area at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements


• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory or warehouse management is a plus.


• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Store Keeper in F&B, hospitality, or catering.


• Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and food storage standards.


• Proficient in MS Excel and experience with ERP or inventory systems.


• Age must not exceed 40 years old.


• Ready to join immediately.


• Physically fit and able to work 12-hour shifts.


• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
