Job Title: Waiter


Location: Romania


Contract Type: Full-time



Job Overview:


We are seeking dedicated and customer-oriented Waiters to join our hospitality team in Romania. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in food and beverage service and be passionate about delivering excellent customer service.




Key Responsibilities:


Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.


Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.


Serve meals and drinks to guests according to service standards.


Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.


Ensure all tables are properly set and prepared before guests arrive.


Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints politely.


Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.


Follow hygiene, safety, and company policies at all times.




Requirements:


Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in a waiter/waitress role.


Education not required.


Age: 21 – 45 years.
