Job Description




We are seeking a Content Producer / Creative Lead to join our team in Shuwaikh. This role is responsible for planning, producing, and managing high-quality visual and written content that supports the company’s marketing and branding objectives.








The successful candidate will oversee content creation from concept to execution, ensuring all output aligns with the company’s brand standards and business goals.








Key Responsibilities




• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with marketing goals




• Produce and edit video content for digital platforms




• Capture photography for branding, campaigns, and internal use




• Write scripts, captions, and content copy




• Manage content production workflows and timelines




• Ensure visual consistency and quality across all platforms






• Collaborate with internal teams on creative initiatives








Qualifications & Requirements




• Proven experience in content and video production




• Strong skills in scripting, storytelling, and content management




• Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Adobe Suite)




• Understanding of lighting, framing, and audio fundamentals




• Strong organizational and communication skills




• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines




• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
