Join Westlake Group as a Retail Trainer to develop and deliver tailored training programs for products and skills. Conduct workshops, coaching sessions, and ensure brand and service compliance while engaging and supporting your team.




 Location: Dubai / Abu Dhabi




 Requirements:


???? Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field


???? Minimum 5 years of experience in fast-fashion retail chains


???? Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs


???? Strong presentation and communication skills
