Looking for an Accounts Receivable/Collections Assistant


Must have Collections experience - Must be based in the UAE




What you’ll do:


- Group Collections: Follow up and collect from assigned customers; resolve claims and disputes.


- Branch Collections: Respond to customer queries and coordinate with departments to resolve issues promptly.


- Rebates & Commissions: Monitor rebates/commission setup and confirm with customers/agents.


- Cash Collections: Receive, post and monitor cash collections; coordinate with sales on disputes.


- Month-End Reporting: Assist with AR reporting and support management with balance analysis.




What we’re looking for:


- 2-4 years experience in AR/Collections


- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance or related field


- Knowledge of rebates, commissions and credit note processing


- Strong communication, negotiation and Excel/ERP skills
