Looking for an IT Professional




Key Responsibilities


Install, configure, and maintain hardware & software


Troubleshoot technical issues (on-site & remote)


Manage network systems, servers, and databases


Ensure data security and backup procedures


Provide IT support to staff and clients


Maintain documentation and system reports


Collaborate with other departments to improve IT performance






Requirements


Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field


Experience in IT support or system administration


Knowledge of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting


Familiarity with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments


Good communication & problem-solving skills


Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA, Microsoft) – a plus
