Position Overview


We are looking for a reliable part-time IT technician to support our Kuwait office on an ongoing basis. The role is hands-on and practical, focused on keeping systems secure, stable, and operational.

Scope of Work


• Day-to-day IT support for office users and laptops


• Microsoft 365 administration (email, Exchange Online, MFA, security settings, troubleshooting)


• Cybersecurity support (endpoint protection, antivirus, phishing awareness, basic incident response)


• Laptop setup, cleanup, reinstallation, and handover


• Network support (routers, switches, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity)




• Coordination with external IT or service providers when required

Required Experience


• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online


• Good understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals (MFA, phishing, endpoint protection)


• Strong experience with Windows laptops and basic networking


• Ability to work independently and resolve issues without constant supervision
