 Autocad Draftsperson Job In Bahrain


Job Description


Prepare, review, and update technical drawings for civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works in accordance with approved design and project requirements.

Convert conceptual designs and engineering sketches into accurate and coordinated shop drawings for construction and fabrication.

Revise and modify drawings based on site instructions, consultant feedback, and design changes, ensuring timely updates.

Ensure that all drawings meet project standards, specifications, and relevant local authority regulations.

Assist in preparing as-built drawings, technical documentation, and material submittals in coordination with site and engineering teams.

Work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to identify and resolve design discrepancies.

Maintain a structured drawing control and documentation system, ensuring easy access and version traceability.


Qualifications & Skills:


Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering.

1–3 years of experience in drafting for construction projects (GCC experience preferred).

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting or BIM software.

Strong understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and MEP coordination.

Excellent attention to detail with a focus on technical accuracy and clarity.



Ability to handle multiple drawing assignments and meet tight deadlines under supervision.

Knowledge of Bahrain’s construction standards and authority submission requirements is an advantage.

Strong communication and teamwork skills with a proactive work approach.
