Sales Executive – Business Growth Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Growth Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving lead generation, identifying business opportunities, and supporting client engagement. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.

2. Perform cold calling and client outreach to generate new leads.

3. Schedule and coordinate client meetings with the sales team and management.

4. Support in lead qualification and pipeline management.

5. Assist in preparing customized proposals and presentations as per client requirements.

6. Maintain records of client interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.

7. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of business activities.

Skills & Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales support, business development, or a similar role.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).

4. Confidence in cold calling and initiating conversations with clients.

5. Excellent market research and analytical abilities.

6. Strong time management and organizational skills.

7. Ability to create and structure proposals/presentations.

8. Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

9. Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
