Senior Commercial Engineer (Estimation / Pre-Contracts)


• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs


• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and quantity take-offs


• Analyze labor, material, equipment, and overhead costs based on local market rates


• Source, evaluate, and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations


• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management


• 7–10 years’ experience, with 5+ years in Qatar or GCC


• Experience in commercial, residential, infrastructure, or mixed-use projects


• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and local tendering procedures
