Senior Planning Engineer! 




Location: Abu Dhabi, Dubai


Experience Level: Minimum 11 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on planning and project controls.




Responsibilities:


Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 software.


Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and proactively recommend mitigation strategies.


Prepare detailed Extension of Time (EOT) claims in accordance with contractual requirements and client/consultant specifications.


Analyze and interpret project data to provide accurate forecasts and performance reports.


Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.


Demonstrate a strong understanding of FIDIC contracts and their application in project planning and claims management.




Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.


Minimum of 11 years of experience as a Planning Engineer, with significant experience in high-rise building construction.


Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 is a must.


Proven experience in preparing detailed EOT claims.


In-depth knowledge of FIDIC contracts.


Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.




Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
