Job Details


The Waitress is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner. She ensures customer satisfaction by taking accurate orders, serving food and  drinks promptly, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.


Greet guests warmly and present menus.


Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff.


Serve food and drinks in accordance with company standards.


Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and inquiries.


Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas.


Set up and clear tables before, during, and after service.


Handle bills, process payments, and issue receipts when required.


Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards at all times.


Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.


Comply with company policies and customer service standards.

Proven experience as a waitress or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.




Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).


Professional appearance and positive attitude.
