Description


**QUALIFICATIONS**


 


- Responsible for promoting and selling all Air & Non-Air products and services to all walk-in customers


 


- Preferably with 3 years of relevant experience in a TRAVEL/TICKETING Agency is a MUST.


 


- Ability to achieve your set sales and revenue targets


 


- Responsible for preparing quotations / recommended travel itineraries based on customer requirements


 


- Responsible for providing the best pricing/service to the customer after carefully comparing the rates with multiple airlines


 


- Upsell & Cross-sell our products and services


 


- Ensure appropriate payment is collected for all products and services sold to the customers


 


- Effectively communicate with the operations team or suppliers and ensure the customer demands are met, and the business is materialized


 


- Responsible for educating the clients on all requirements and travel documents pertaining to their travel


 


- Maintain contact with the customer during their travel, as well as Pre / Post their post-travel, and establish


 


•Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
