Job Title: Senior Developer & Designer (IT)



Salary Range: KWD 1500 – KWD 2000




Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (Information Technology / Computer Engineering)




Experience: 10 years




Location: Kuwait




Job Description:


 -We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer & Designer (IT) to design and develop scalable software solutions, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure cybersecurity compliance. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with creative design skills to deliver user-friendly applications and lead IT project implementation.




Key Responsibilities:


-Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient software applications.


-Create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms.


-Ensure cybersecurity compliance and implement best practices for system security.


-Maintain IT systems, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.


-Lead IT project implementation from planning to deployment, ensuring timely delivery.


-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.


-Mentor junior developers and designers, fostering skill development within the team.


-Prepare technical documentation and reports for management and stakeholders.




Required Skills & Competencies:


-Strong knowledge of programming languages, software development frameworks, and IT systems.


-Experience in UI/UX design, cybersecurity standards, and application deployment.


-Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.


-Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
