Supervise structural fabrication, erection, alignment, and installation of steel structures, platforms, supports, and related civil/structural works as per approved drawings and method statements.​


Plan and allocate work to structural fitters, welders, riggers, and helpers, monitoring productivity and resolving site issues to meet project schedule.​


Enforce company and client HSE rules, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure safe use of lifting equipment, scaffolding, and tools in high‑risk oil and gas environments.​

Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, QA/QC, and HSE teams to clarify technical issues, arrange inspections, and close punch points.​


Check materials, tools, and equipment for availability and suitability, raising requests for shortages and reporting any nonconformities or safety hazards.​


Maintain daily reports on manpower, progress, and work status to support planning, billing, and client reporting requirements.​

 5–8 years’ experience in structural or civil works, preferably in oil and gas or petrochemical projects in the GCC .


 Diploma or technical trade qualification in civil, structural, or mechanical fields, with strong reading of structural drawings and isometrics.


 Good communication in English and familiarity with multinational workforces and site practices in Qatar, including adherence to local safety and client standards.
