We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Team Leader to join our team immediately!


*Job Title: HR Operations Team Leader*


*Location: Riyadh*


Key Responsibilities:


• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, government platforms (GOSI, Qiwa), and other government regulations


• Manage payroll, benefits, and employee records accurately


• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation


• Lead and supervise HR staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance


• Act as HR Data Analyst: prepare and analyze reports and dashboards


• Track key metrics (headcount, turnover, absenteeism) and recommend improvements


Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field


• 5–7 years of HR operations experience


• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws


• Proficiency in English


• Strong leadership, organizational, and data-driven decision-making skills
