Job Details


We are looking for experienced ???????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????/ ???????????????????????????????????????????? with strong hands-on experience in tower climbing and working at height. The role involves installation, maintenance, and commissioning of telecom equipment for GSM, MW (Microwave), and new site deployments.

Climbing telecom towers safely and performing work at height




Installation and alignment of GSM & Microwave (MW) antennas




Mounting RRUs, antennas, feeders, and related accessories




Assisting in new site installations, upgrades, and expansions




Following approved method statements and risk assessments




Ensuring strict compliance with HSE standards and site safety rules




Using full PPE, including safety harness and lanyards at all times




Supporting testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities

Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Telecom Rigger






Proven experience in tower climbing & working at height




Hands-on knowledge of GSM, MW, and new site installations




Physically fit and medically cleared for work at height




Strong awareness of HSE rules and safe work practices




Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
