We are seeking a hungry and results-driven Sales Executive to join our high-performing sales team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our growth, responsible for generating new business and driving revenue by selling our powerful software solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company. Key Responsibilities:
Full-Sales Cycle Management: Own the entire sales process from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation, closing, and contract signing.
Prospecting & Pipeline Building: Actively identify and qualify new sales opportunities through a combination of inbound leads, outbound cold calling, email campaigns, social selling (especially LinkedIn), and networking.
Needs Analysis & Solution Selling: Conduct deep discovery calls and demos to understand prospect pain points, business objectives, and technical requirements.
Product Demonstration: Deliver compelling, tailored software demonstrations that effectively showcase the value and ROI of our solution.
Objection Handling: Expertly address and overcome technical and commercial objections to build trust and move deals forward.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., C-level, VPs, Directors) in your target accounts.
CRM Management: Accurately track and manage all sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using our CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Pre-Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
What You Bring (Qualifications & Experience):
2+ years of proven experience in a B2B sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas. Software/SaaS sales experience is highly preferred.
A hunter mentality with a demonstrated ability to self-generate a significant portion of your pipeline.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly.
Strong business acumen and the ability to converse with senior executives about business challenges and ROI.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and demonstrate new software.
Resilient, self-motivated, and highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
Proficiency with CRM software and standard sales productivity tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
