We’re Hiring | Maintenance Manager – Qatar ????????


Location: Qatar


Client: QAFCO 




We are seeking a highly experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team for deployment on key QAFCO projects.


Selected candidates will report directly to QAFCO and will receive a salary package aligned with QAFCO standards.




Key Responsibilities


The Maintenance Manager will lead multi-disciplined maintenance engineering functions to ensure that preventive, reactive, and predictive maintenance activities across QAFCO’s large multi-site production facilities are executed efficiently and systematically.




Key duties include:


Plan, direct, and manage departmental activities to meet budgets and R&A plans while optimizing manpower and resources.


Ensure all engineering disciplines adhere to standards, technical requirements, and best engineering practices.


Develop long- and short-term maintenance plans, policies, and objectives.


Oversee and monitor engineering projects to ensure compliance with sound engineering and project management principles.


Approve and maintain high standards of engineering practice across all plant operations.


Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of all maintenance activities.


Liaise with suppliers of equipment, spare parts, and technical services.


Establish maintenance budgets and keep senior management informed of departmental developments.


Lead, motivate, and develop staff, including participation in national development programs.




Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field from a recognized university.


10+ years of relevant production/maintenance experience, including 5 years in a senior-level role.
