Are you a customer-focused leader with strong experience in FMCG & F&B online e-commerce? Join our growing team and lead excellence in customer support 


 Location: Kuwait City


 Experience: 3–5 years


 Joining: Immediate


 Visa Type: 18 Ahli




 Key Requirements:


 Proven experience in FMCG & F&B e-commerce customer service


 Lead, train & monitor call center / customer service teams




 Fluent Arabic & English with excellent communication skills


 Handle KPIs, customer satisfaction & service quality improvement




 Nationality:


Palestinian / Jordanian / Syrian / Lebanese / Iraqi / Kuwaiti / Non-Kuwaiti only
