  We’re Hiring: Executive Assistant to Managing Director


 Location: Al Jaddaf, Dubai

Are you a proactive and highly organized professional with a strong background in project management, sales, and finance?


This is your opportunity to work directly with the Managing Director of one of Dubai’s most prestigious luxury real estate developers.




 Key Responsibilities:


• Serve as a trusted liaison between the MD and internal departments, ensuring clear communication and smooth operations.


• Manage complex schedules, travel arrangements, and keep accurate meeting records.


• Build and maintain MIS reports to deliver critical insights and performance data to the MD.


• Coordinate closely with project, sales, and finance teams to gather and consolidate information for strategic decision-making.




✅ Qualifications:


• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in project management, sales, and finance.


• Proven ability to multitask and coordinate across various departments.


• Background in real estate or construction industries is a strong advantage.


• Exceptional organizational and communication skills with a solution-driven mindset.
