    Summary

    We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Vision Source. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring they receive outstanding service and support. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of care we provide and help us maintain our commitment to excellence.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
    • Assist patients with scheduling appointments and managing their inquiries.
    • Maintain accurate patient records and manage medical billing processes.
    • Educate patients about optical products and services available.
    • Collaborate with team members to enhance patient experiences.
    • Handle retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
    • Support the office with administrative tasks as needed.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in customer service or retail sales, preferably in a healthcare setting.
    • Strong knowledge of optical products and services is a plus.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with medical billing processes is beneficial but not required.
