IT Pre-Sales Solution 

Job Responsibilities

1. Engage with customers (technical/business departments) for in-depth communication and identify real business pain points and strategic goals behind superficial needs.

2. Assess the rationality, feasibility and potential value of customer needs, and judge project risks.

3. Design competitive and comprehensive solution architectures (including technology selection, functional modules) based on customer needs.

4. Present solutions and demo products to customers, create sales materials (e.g., technical PPTs), support sales teams and collaborate with internal R&D/delivery teams.

Job Requirements

1. Have broad knowledge of mainstream IT fields (cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity, etc.) and in-depth professional experience in 1-2 specific areas (e.g., data centers, telecom BSS/OSS).

2. Be able to translate technical features into customer business value (e.g., cost reduction, efficiency improvement) and analyze competitors to develop effective response strategies.

3. Possess excellent communication skills to interact with customers at different levels (technical, management, decision-making) and strong stress tolerance to handle customer challenges.

4. Have 3-8+ years of relevant experience (IT service providers, software vendors, system integrators), 

5.bachelor’s degree in computer science/IT-related majors, and fluent English for work.
