Project Coordinator - Maintenance Contracts Coordinator


A company specializing in refrigeration and air conditioning is looking for a Project Coordinator for its after-sales team.


Main tasks:


• Coordinate maintenance team visit schedules.


•Communicate with customers and follow up on orders.


• Organizing documents, reports and invoices.


•Issuing quotations and following up on collection.


Requirements:


•Management experience (preferably in maintenance or services).


•Customer service.


• Proficiency in using office programs (Excel)
