We are seeking a *Saudi Technical Support Engineer* to join our team in Riyadh. 


*Job Title:* Technical Support Engineer 


*Location:* Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 


*Employment Type:* Full-Time (5 days a week) 


*Salary:* Up to 18,000 SAR (Full Package) 


*Start Date:* Immediate 


*About the Company:* 


My client is an international global leader in low-voltage electrical systems and components. With a strong presence in Domotics, Energy, and Lighting, My client continues to grow through investment in R&D, training, and innovation. their solutions cover building automation, energy distribution, and industrial, street, and emergency lighting systems.


*Main Responsibilities:* 


* Assist with the installation and commissioning of devices. 


* Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions. 


* Conduct technical training sessions for clients and resellers when needed. 


* Support and monitor ongoing projects, addressing customer expectations and concerns. 


* Stay updated on new technologies and inform clients of relevant product advancements. 


* Prepare and submit technical documentation for consultant approvals. 


* Ensure high-quality customer support and effective communication.


*Qualifications:* 


* Bachelor’s Degree in *Electrical or Electronics Engineering*.


* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in technical support. 


* Strong command of English (written and spoken). 


* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 


* Must hold a valid driving license and be willing to travel locally if needed.
