HR Administration



1.       Talent Acquisition:



Updating job descriptions and maintaining database of JDs

Coordinating and scheduling interviews with Hiring Manager

Closing all pre-employment checks as per HR Policy

Update/File CVs of candidates in database

New Hire Announcement

2.       Employee Onboarding



Coordinate for onboarding plan for all new hires with hiring managers

Provide orientation on key HR processes

Provide support to new hires – documentations, insurance, fuel card, office assets eg laptop, mobile phone, keys etc.

3.       Training and Development



Arrange training registration as per approved requests.

Maintains training record as per audit requirements

4.       Employee Offboarding:



Coordinates with line managers and complete file and exit checklist with relevant signatures and requirements

5.       HR Operations:



Maintain employee’s attendance records and Leaves.

Addition/Deletion of employees’ insurance

General Administration



1. Reception:



Receiving and distributing of mails

Attending incoming calls and forward to concern department.
