About the Role
H&H Holiday Homes is seeking a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our property management and guest coordination operations in Dubai. You'll assist in handling guest communications, coordinating bookings, updating internal systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day flow of tasks.
This role is perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, responsive, and eager to be part of a dynamic hospitality business—even while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Guest & Booking Support
- Monitor Airbnb, Booking.com, and direct channels for inquiries and new bookings
- Respond to guest messages promptly and professionally (pre-check-in, in-stay, post-check-out)
- Update check-in/check-out trackers and inform local teams of arrival schedules
- Assist with resolving guest issues by coordinating with the on-ground support team
Property Coordination
- Help manage onboarding checklists for new properties
- Upload or update property listings and details (descriptions, amenities, photos) on Airbnb and other platforms
- Schedule cleaning, maintenance, and inspections with vendors or team leads
Admin & Reporting
- Maintain internal trackers (revenue, bookings, reviews, occupancy)
- Record guest reviews and flag negative ones for follow-up
- Prepare weekly status updates for the founders
- Assist with light bookkeeping and receipt logging
