Backend Developer


Key Responsibilities


1. Participate in requirements analysis, system design, and backend development for business-related systems.


2.Deeply understand business needs with a product-oriented mindset, continuously enhancing user experience, system performance, and architecture through iterative optimization.


3.Take ownership of tasks, drive progress proactively, and ensure high-quality, on-time project delivery.




Job Requirements


1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.


2. Solid foundation in computer science with 3–5 years of Java development experience.


3. Proficient in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, MyBatis, and Vue frameworks.


4. Familiar with Redis, MySQL, and common software design patterns.


5. Experience with Spring Cloud and Dubbo distributed frameworks.


6. Proven experience in developing medium to large-scale web systems, with responsibility for core module design and development.


7. Good English communication skills.


8. Telecom industry experience is a strong plus.


9. Experience in OSS or BSS software operation and maintenance for telecom operators is preferred.
