ROLE OVERVIEW




This hybrid role combines treatment coordination, client advising, reception, and internal promotion responsibilities. The role is central to creating a five-star experience for every patient while actively supporting the clinic’s protocol-based model. Team members in this category are responsible for ensuring clients are warmly welcomed, properly guided, and fully educated on the clinic’s service pathways and program offerings. 


  


RESPONSIBILITIES




▪️ Greet all patients and guests with warmth, discretion, and professionalism


▪️ Manage check-in and check-out processes, appointment confirmations, and scheduling logistics


▪️ Educate clients on clinic protocol offerings, package structures, and membership options


▪️ Upsell relevant programs and coordinate with clinical and operations teams to manage treatment journeys


▪️ Ensure complete and accurate input of patient details and notes into the CRM system


▪️ Prepare pre-consultation forms and ensure documentation is ready ahead of visits


▪️ Handle promotional materials and front-line education about flagship programs


▪️ Support conversion of walk-ins and inquiries into consultations or booked treatments 




QUALIFICATIONS




▪️ Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business, Hospitality, Healthcare, or Communication 


▪️ 2–4 years of experience in aesthetic clinics, wellness centers, or luxury hospitality


▪️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 


▪️ Confident, polished, and emotionally intelligent demeanor 


▪️ High integrity and discretion when handling personal client data 


▪️ Persuasive without being pushy—able to guide clients into appropriate packages 


▪️ Team player with a service-oriented mindset 


▪️ Sales and client advisory background is highly desirable 


▪️ Fluency in English required; Arabic or Russian is a strong advantage 


▪️ Experience using CRM and booking systems
