WE ARE HIRING Cars Body Shop Manager



▪️Qualifications & Responsibilities


• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field.


• Supervise and lead body shop staff, including technicians, painters, and estimators.


• Ensure repairs meet manufacturer standards and customer expectations.


• Assign work orders & monitor productivity to meet dead lines.


• Conduct quality control checks on completed repairs.


• Manage customer relations, handle complaints, and ensure satisfaction.


• Prepare cost estimates and liaise with insurance adjusters.


• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and parts.


• Monitor financial performance, including labor hours, revenue, and expenses.


• Prepare reports for management on shop performance and profitability.


• Local hiring from inside Kuwait with valid transferable visa.
