Job Vacancy – Building Caretakers Needed


A real estate company is hiring Building Caretakers for several properties (residential and commercial).


Main Responsibilities:


• Stay on-site and supervise the building.


• Take care of the entrance and common areas.


• Assist tenants/visitors with basic daily needs.


• Report any maintenance issues to management.


Requirements:


* Transferable residency.


* Honesty, reliability, and commitment.


* Previous experience in building guarding is preferred.
