Sales Admin (Real Estate Background)

Responsibilities

  • Update and prepare the sales rollout for all available projects.

  • Review client information in the system based on submitted documents.

  • Prepare contracts, memos, cancellation schedules, and waiver of ownership transfers.

  • Handle email inquiries and liaise with the sales team.

  • Update records and databases with client personal and other data.

  • Scan and file all documents related to sales contracts.

  • Handle sales and pre-selling coordination when required.

  • Maintain monthly sales reports.

  • Prepare contracts for the sales team and brokers.

  • Provide administrative support to Sales Representatives, Property Managers, and Senior Management.
