  Location: Dubai, UAE

Sobha Realty is seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to support and maintain our Salesforce environment, ensuring seamless operations across real estate workflows. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, adhere to SLAs and enhance user experience.


 


Key Responsibilities:-


• Administer and support day-to-day Salesforce operations


• Configure workflows, reports, dashboards, and custom objects


• Manage user roles, permissions, and data integrity


• Provide training or knowledge transfer and support to end-users across departments


• Collaborate on system enhancements and integrations with third-party tools


Ensure compliance and security of sensitive client and transaction data


 


Requirements:-


• Minimum 4 years of experience in Salesforce administration


• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator) preferred


• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, VisualForce, and configuration tools


• Strong understanding of Salesforce security and data management


• Experience in real estate workflows is a plus


• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
