We are hiring a Workshop In-Charge (Accountant) for our busy automotive garage.




Job Responsibilities:


Manage daily workshop operation




Communicate effectively with customers regarding work updates, payments, and estimates




Handle invoices, receipts, and financial records




Track job cards, spare parts, and employee attendance




Maintain Excel reports for billing, expenses, and salary




Help manage social media and basic online marketing (Instagram, WhatsApp status, etc. )




‍ Requirements:


Strong experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas, sheets, summaries)




Knowledge of basic accounting




Communication skills (Arabic & English preferred)




Social media marketing skills




Must be responsible, organized, and trustworthy




Location: Workshop/Garage – Oman
