Are you a driven sales professional with experience in shipping and freight forwarding? We're looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team and help us build strong relationships with clients, manage accounts, and drive new business opportunities.


 Key Responsibilities:


Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries related to freight forwarding services.


Identify potential clients, generate new leads, and convert prospects into customers.


Provide quotations, negotiate rates, and close sales.


Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.


Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.


✅ Requirements:


1 to 3 years of sales experience in the shipping or freight forwarding industry is a must.


Strong communication and negotiation skills.


Customer-focused with a passion for providing top-notch service.


Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.


Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
