Main Responsibilities

  • Processing customer orders and tracking (order entry, order status control and follow-up)
  • Instructing weekly delivery creation
  • Providing effective after-sales customer service, returning to the customer within the expected time and monitoring the process
  • Listening to the customers’ requests, suggestions, expectations and offering them appropriate solutions in order to ensure excellent service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Keeping the customer masterdate accurate and up-to-date
  • Working closely with the sales team
  • Making remedial suggestions within the scope of the processes
  • Tracking and reporting order and promotion results
  • Analyzing customer needs and making improvement suggestions
  • Using a CRM program with a phone line
  • Creating customer invoices.

Qualifications

  • Having experience in using SAP
  • Experienced in using MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Preferably experienced in the optical industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Experienced with the tasks that involve direct communication with the customer
  • Fluent in English
  • High problem solving skills
  • Compatible with team work
  • Having a dynamic, passionate and enthusiastic approach.
