#Hiring | Business Risk Officer | Banking Sector




Join a leading bank in the UAE as a Business Risk Officer on a 2-year contract, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational framework governance, and risk mitigation strategies for PBG entity customers.




Position: Business Risk Officer


Salary: AED 10000 (Based on performance) 


Location: Dubai, UAE




Key Responsibilities:


 Oversee onboarding of Business Banking customers and manage portfolio data governance


Ensure adherence to compliance, credit, and operational controls (BAF portfolio)


Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks through proactive strategies


Collaborate with compliance, credit, collections, RMs, and senior management to reduce cost of risk and enhance due diligence




Eligibility Criteria:


 5–7 years’ experience in risk management within banking/financial institutions


 Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration


 Proven track record of managing risk frameworks and regulatory requirements
