We are looking Civil foreman


Proven experience as a Civil Foreman or similar role.


Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.


Excellent leadership and organizational skills.


Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.


Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.


Good communication and interpersonal skills.


Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.


Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction or civil engineering.




Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site.


Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.


Maintain safety standards and enforce compliance with regulations.


Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders.


Inspect work to ensure quality and adherence to plans and specifications.


Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.


Prepare and submit progress reports to management.


Train and mentor construction crew members.
