Job Purpose
To supervise the maintenance activities in Production area& provide engineering support for smooth operations on production floors/machines.
Education, Experience & Skills
- DAE or BS in Mechanical / Electronics is required for this role.
- 3 – 5 Years of experience is preferred in a similar role.
- Collaborate effectively with teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Proactively solve issues and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.
- Maintain compliance and accurate documentation with attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- To ensure all machines are working smoothly with proper maintenance and ensure that all spare parts are available in the inventory and update Engineering Stores about required Inventory items & levels.
- Adherence of PM checklist and arrange for parts in coordination with Production when required during corrective maintenance.
- Ensure that CMMS system is properly implemented, and all equipment related breakdowns are addressed through CMMS.
- Ensure that all equipment is properly calibrated and tagged and their calibration is updated. Maintain the calibration records and status of instruments, gauges and weighing balances.
- Identify& contribute to cost saving Projects for Operational Excellence Projects.
- Support engineering and other stakeholders in validation activities and completion of
- documentation.
- Ensure that requirements of TP-13 are fulfilled in the area concerned. Participate in Quality and EHS Level 2 audits and ensure timely completion of identified actions.
- Ensure that electronic breakdowns are minimized and the required OEE of machines are achieved as per target.
- Ensure compliance & support data integrity initiatives and action plan. Also ensure that all the machine’s zero access guarding is appropriate in compliance of machinery safety requirements and GES110.
