Sales and Service Advisor



Identify and target corporate clients through strategic prospecting and networking.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Drive corporate sales growth by meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets and objectives.

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate corporate markets and expand corporate client base.

Serve as a trusted advisor to corporate clients, providing expert guidance on products and services.

Conduct thorough needs assessments and propose customized solutions to address clients' business challenges and objectives.

Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to corporate clients, including coordinating vehicle services, detailing, and protection.

Oversee the management of corporate client accounts, including contract negotiations, pricing agreements, and service level agreements.

Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to corporate clients to maximize revenue potential.

Work collaboratively with internal sales and marketing teams to develop targeted sales initiatives and promotional campaigns for corporate clients.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM systems.

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth and optimization of sales strategies targeting corporate clients.

Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Proven track record of success in corporate sales, preferably in the automotive or related industry.

Strong understanding of corporate client needs and the ability to develop and deliver customized solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Arabic Speaker is an advantage
