 – Operation  ( Business setup ) 


 Location: [Dubai, UAE]




Are you experienced in company formation and passionate about helping clients start their business journeys the right way? Join our growing team!


We are currently looking for a Business Setup Operations Executive who is skilled, detail-oriented, and ready to hit the ground running.


 Requirements:




Minimum 1 year of experience in the business setup industry (mandatory)


Strong knowledge of UAE Free Zones, Mainland company formation, and Golden Visa procedures


Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)


Solid understanding of government portals and documentation process


Ability to manage multiple client files and meet deadlines efficiently




 Key Responsibilities:




- Handle end-to-end company registration processes (Free Zone & Mainland)


- Coordinate with government authorities and service providers


- Assist clients with visa applications, including Golden Visa processing


- Ensure compliance with UAE legal and regulatory requirements
