We are now seeking a talented Interior Architect to join our growing team.

The Interior Architect will bridge design and execution — developing design concepts, producing BOQs and drawings, and coordinating with the project team to ensure seamless delivery. This is a client-facing role that requires both creativity and technical precision.


Key Responsibilities

  • Meet clients to understand design needs, lifestyle, and budget.
  • Develop design concepts and present mood boards, layouts, and material selections.
  • Prepare technical drawings, BOQs, and 3D renders for client approval.
  • Conduct site inspections & surveys, ensuring accurate measurements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors on materials and finishes.
  • Support the Project Manager during execution to ensure design intent is maintained.
  • Manage change requests and ensure they are documented.
  • Stay updated with interior design trends, sustainable materials, and cost-efficient solutions.


المهارات

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture / Interior Design / Architecture.

3–5 years of experience in residential and/or commercial fit-out projects.

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or 3D Max, plus Adobe Suite.

Familiarity with site conditions, materials, and construction details.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
